“To increase in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man”

We follow Jesus’ example by nurturing each child’s growth as a whole person: academically, physically, spiritually and socially.

Growing spiritually

We exist to help students grow in their love for Jesus.

Growing academically

Our goal is to develop young Christians with wisdom, not just "book sense."

Growing physically

Making healthy choices is a way of honoring our body, mind and spirit.

Growing socially

Loving and serving others is part of God’s plan for healthy development.

No School

WELCOME to the Greater Memphis Adventist Academy website.

We are glad you dropped by.

The last few months have been some of the most difficult times for education in recent years. As COVID-19 upended our lives, we have kept working hard to meet the needs of our students.

Our new school year will begin on Monday, August 10 instead of Thursday, August 6.

We are planning to take all the important precautions to ensure that our students and staff are safe during this pandemic.

Are you looking for an Adventist School in Memphis? We invite you to find out more about our school by searching this website (some parts of the website are currently being updated). Please continue to stop by to find out all you need to know to become a part of the GMAA family. Because physical school is out right now, you may also call and talk with me about our school program and how we can best serve your child.

Greater Memphis Adventist Academy is a Seventh-day Adventist School in Memphis, TN and is a part of the world-wide Seventh-day Adventist school network.  The Seventh-day Adventist educational system includes elementary and high schools, colleges and universities in countries around the globe.

“We believe the Adventist advantage in education is due to a holistic approach taken by the school system. There’s an unusual commitment to educating the mind, body and spirit.”
